Kruger National Park
It is one of the most famous national parks in the world, and more than a century old. It measures 350km north to south, and 60km at its widest point. It covers almost 2-million hectares. You can find the Big Five (Leopard, Lion, Rhino, Elephant, Buffalo) or the little five (the Rhinoceros Beetle, Buffalo Weaver, Elephant Shrew, Leopard Tortoise, and the Ant Lion)
Blyde River Canyon
The fresh mountain scenery and panoramic views over the Klein Drakensberg escarpment are quite spectacular and give the area its name of 'Panorama Route'. Viewpoints are named for the spectacle they offer, and God's Window and Wonder View hint at the magnitude of the scenery. The 'Pinnacle' is a single quartzite column rising out of the deep wooded canyon and the 'Three Rondavels' (also called 'Three Sisters’) are three huge spirals of dolomite rock rising out of the far wall of the Blyde River canyon. Their domed heads are iced in green and their sides are stained with fiery orange lichen. From the 'Three Rondavels' you can see the extensive Swadini Dam in the far distance, which marks the end of the reserve.
Swaziland(Eswatini)
This small kingdom offers a wealth of experiences. Its beauty and friendly, welcoming people and rich culture have so much to offer. Witness the spectacular Reed Dance performed by thousands of maidens in their charming traditional dress; watch parts of the sacred Ncwala Ceremony in which the King actively participates; thrill to the sight of energetic Sibhaca Dancers all brought to life with their colourful traditional dress and regalia. The many nature reserves throughout Swaziland are home to a variety of species, including the Big 5, prolific bird life and indigenous flora. Magnificent mountain scenery with rivers, waterfalls, and gorges; unique ancient rock formations, which are among the most ancient in the world; lush and fertile valleys; typical African bush; all make up the beauty that is Swaziland.
